It was magical. It had snowed in the mountains during the night. At the crack of dawn the peak of the mountains reflected brilliant yellow and the rest was bright pink. As the sun rose the yellow advanced and the pink receded. An awesome sight, and well worth the early wakeup and frigid cold. In a few minutes the show was over, and we headed for hot coffee and breakfast.

| "2 Yellow Umbrellas" 16x20 sold It is hard to believe I was able to paint this several weekends ago when the weather was in the 60s, in Old Town Parker. I set my paints up across the plaza from this outdoor scene and sold this work to one of the curious diners.
