The splendor and simplicity of a few blooms makes a wonderful
statement. Here you can see how the flowers pick up the colors of the
surrounding area. Since I used a painting knife
to carve out the petals, this painting is rich in texture. This
painting is sold, and I hope to have more small florals painted soon.
