"Lavender Memories"
8" x 8" x 3/8" original oil on gessoed panel,
painting continues arounds sides for a beautiful finish
I still smell the fragrant scent of the lavender as it heats up in the sun.
This painting is one of a continuing series of paintings from
my trip in 2010 to Palisade, Colorado to paint
in the blooming lavender fields.
Thank you, Lavender Association of Western Colorado!
