I just shipped Little Brown Bird off to Topeka, Kansas, from which it will tour for the next 12-18 months with other entries in the Paint the Parks Top 100 show. I photographed this bird a couple of years ago up in Grand Teton National Park and never could identify it, hence the rather generic title. I loved working with the muted palette and simple shapes.
