The Iris plants are growing a lot these past few days and bring the promise of many beautiful flowers in our garden. We are fortunate to live near an Iris farm, Longs Gardens in Boulder. Since we bought our home here many years ago, we have made an almost annual trip to the farm, where we can select and dig up large clumps of Iris plants and transplant them to our home garden. The result is a magnificent display every year in May. Longs gardens is a beautiful place to visit. For more information, click here.
