Pansies are called Stiefmuetterchen , or stepmothers, in German.
Flowers are popping up everywhere in the garden. I am bringing out my watercolors and oils, ready for some flower painting. I do like to switch from one medium to another from time to time. It always gives me a fresh perspective and a new, creative approach to a particular subject.
