This painting is currently on display at Brushstrokes Gallery in Denver, during the inaugural "Artists of Colorado" show. I am sorry to miss the reception tonight, May 6, 2011, because my husband and I are on a previously scheduled vacation in Kauai. I promise to bring home some paintings and many more ideas for paintings of the beautiful island, it's landscape, flowers, turtles, birds and the famous wild roosters.
