This past weekend was the much anticipated workshop given by Carol Nelson. What a wonderful creative time we all had. Pictured is a sample board of just some of the many products and options available for incorporation into a painting. Who knew??? Then there are the composition ideas learned and shared....the possibilities are endless!!
Carol.....Thank you for opening doors and giving a voice to yet another side of me!!
The other photo was taken from the balcony where the workshop was held (Denver is far below to the right). This private home high above the city of Denver is incredible. If you are having trouble figuring out what to paint, just look out the windows of this home. There is abundant wild life, stunning birds, and a 240 degree view...which includes the Continental Divide. But, what makes this place particularly special are the incredible people that own it!! We were all welcomed with open arms and open hearts.
