Wispy Clouds ~janice Warriner

Wispy Clouds
When I first started learning to paint clouds, like many novices, I thought clouds were white. I was instructed to put yellow in my clouds, or more of an ochre color. I remember saying, "The clouds look polluted!" I wanted them to look "pure". Now, I can put almost any color in the clouds, as I have done here, The combination of colors, and the brilliant blue, doesn't make them look like I painted them near a factory.
