There is a wonderful quaint little town in Utah called Midway and it has some of the most lovely Swiss style cottages with red exteriors and white trimmings. It's a treat to visit and to hear the locals brag about their Swiss and German heritage. This town was host to the 2002 Olympic cross-country venue.
