Susan Spohn -- Floral--Mason Jar Wildflower Bouquet

Mason Jar Wildflower Bouquet

15 x 15

oil on board

Today I finished the second in the series of Mason Jar florals. This piece is a bit looser and more Impressionistic. Once again most of the painting was painted using pallet knives. This piece is for sale for $225.00 and includes free shipping in the Continental USA. It is painted on 1/2" beveled board, will be varnished and will have a traditional hanging system on the back. It does not need to be framed. Visit my blog for more details: susanmspohn.blogspot.com

"Blue Columbine #1" by Astrid Paustian

Oil on board, 6" x 6", $95.-
I have been painting small close-ups of flowers and birds during the past 2 days.
I found this Columbine a few weeks ago near Rocky Mountain National Park, where the wildflowers were especially abundant this year due to the recent rainfall.
It is a great privilege to live in this beautiful area with it's many natural treasures!
