Today's painting was a quick value study of a bird. I like the look of
value studies, but I am not too keen on black and white value studies
for me anyways, and will have to try another one in pretty colors to
keep my interest. I guess that is the problem with being a colorist,
nothing else gets your attention, but color! This piece is for sale for
