"Quacky Quior" duck painting by Colorado artist Kate Dardine

Painting #39 of my Painting A Day Project. There is something about the shape of these ducks - called Indian Running Ducks - that just quacks me up. Their legs are set further back on their bodies than "normal" ducks, so they must stand more erect for balance. This trio kind of looks like they are singing!
